Part Board Agistment available in ARMADALE, Western Australia for sale

Spots are avaliable at our quiet horse property to those who would like a friendly and non highly competitive enviroment. All paddocks are big enough to let your horse do what he does best with a 20x40m grassed paddock. We like the paddocks to be well maintained and healthy so we reguarly rotate. The agistment cost is $70 and includes:
- Individual grassed paddock
- Oaten hay
- I do any rug changes and feed up (am + pm)
The property is a good 15 minute-ish warm up walk to the bridle trails and 70 acres (Darling Downs Equestrian Park). We do not have an arena however a large flat-grassed riding area. Riding space is marked out with cones and is also used as a good jumping paddock. Large shed to store feed/rugs.
Wallangara Pony Club sits directly behind the property.
I am happy to acompany those who wish the company to the bridle trails/70 acres/pony club if you or your horse needs on my own horses as I understand with having a horse who turns into a pansy without company. I have many years experience working with and around many types of horses, however any foals must be mainly cared for by owners.
We accept windsuckers as long as there is a collar worn. We have a paddock for new horses who windsuck as it does not give the horse an opportunity with the way the electric is set up.
