Family Caravan in ARMADALE, Western Australia for sale

- Long table and couch, and bottom bunk bed has a simple conversion option which gains two extra seats also.
- We designed the main bedroom to allow for a porta cot next to the double bed, and that worked very well. Now that we dont use the cot anymore, we have put a porta-loo in this space instead and it works well seeing as you can close off that area with the accordian door.
- It has one water tank but we've rarely used it as never been off-road⁄free camp.(always been in caravan parks)
- In addition it has two 120ah deep cycle batteries on board, coupled to a 1500 watt inverter system.
- We've been away in it approx. once a year since 2006, have regualry serviced the bearings and recenlty also put on new tyres all round.
The whole van is in very good condition! One item is in need of repalcement at some point in time, this being the awning canvas. It's rolls out like normal and is still totally usaable but the layers on the canvas have parted on the top left corner.
All in all, we really love this van and we took great pride in it...In many ways it's rather sad to be selling it. However our reason for sale is that we have found another family van that has a built in ensuite with a hot water system so we'd like to give that a go. (although I'd prefer to tow this van as it's shorter and tows like a dream)
We are negotiable to a point but it's also a quality⁄good condition van and we've recieved professional advice that it will sell comfortably, at or close to this advertised price.
